AFRL-UT San Antonio Team Win Luce Outstanding Paper Award

Christopher Fisher, Joseph Houpt, and Glenn Gunzelmann win the 2024 R. Duncan Luce Outstanding Paper Award.

Christopher Fisher, Joseph Houpt, and Glenn Gunzelmann were presented with the prestigious Society for Mathematical Psychology 2024 R. Duncan Luce Outstanding Paper Award on July 21, 2024. This award is given to the paper selected as most outstanding from those published in the Journal of Mathematical Psychology in the prior three years. The R. Duncan Luce Outstanding Paper Award is sponsored by Elsevier, Inc. The team was recognized for their paper entitled "Fundamental tools for developing likelihood functions within ACT-R" (Journal of Mathematical Psychology, Volume 107, April 2022, 102636)

Dr. Fisher and Dr. Gunzelmann are both research scientists at the US Air Force Research Laboratory in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Houpt an associate professor of psychology at the University of Texas, San Antonio, USA.
